Jamie Blitz, a founder and the current president of Forstar Resources, Ltd., graduated from Ithaca College in 1993 and began working in the Information Technology staffing industry a year later. Before starting Forstar, he worked for a global IT staffing organization, where he was the manager of recruiting and sales and responsible for consulting service and full-time placements. Under his watch, the consulting staff grew by more than 1,000%.

A founder and chief executive officer of Forstar Resources, Barbara Rappaport is a lifelong entrepreneur, having owned and operated several successful retailing and service businesses. She was a pioneer in the staffing field, operating a "head-hunting" company in the late 1970s, in what was then a developing field.

Barbara serves on the boards and executive committees of a number of charities. She works to advance breast cancer research for North Shore Hospital Women's Council; to promote early intervention for hearing-impaired children for the League for Hard of Hearing; and to rehabilitate substance abusers for Daytop Village.

During the past decade, Hayley Foster has developed significant relationships with the managers of a number of major corporations in New York City - corporations that now turn to Forstar for IT employment needs. From 1991-2000, she worked for The Paramount Group, most recently as Marketing Manager for the leasing and marketing of Class A office space to Fortune 500 companies. Before that, she worked for two years as a licensed real estate broker for Sylvan Lawrence Inc.

A 1989 graduate of American University, Hayley lives with her husband and three children in Manhattan.
